SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

MEXICO CITY

Erth to Erth offers free shipping on all orders within Mexico City.

Simply enter your shipping address and postal code at checkout. Your order will be delivered within 5–7 business days, completely free of charge.

REST OF MEXICO

We’re happy to ship throughout Mexico.

For orders outside Mexico City, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and postal code. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes, duties and international processing collected at checkout.

Please note we currently ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

RETURN POLICY

We understand that you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We are happy to offer a refund on any full price item returned to us in perfect condition, within 15 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase. Please note, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached within this time frame.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

Erth to Erth is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, Customers outside of Mexico will be responsible for return shipment and cost.

Once we receive and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All bodysuits, underwear, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Erth to Erth does not accept returns from third-party retailers. Erth to Erth does not accept returns on worn or used items.

We want to make our returns process as seamless as possible so be sure to have your order number and email address ready.

EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING

We currently do not offer exchanges price-matching at this time, you can generate a return label by visiting our Contact Us portal. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order with the item that suits you best.
